Fix first, refund second

If a render isn't right, your included retry credits fix it free — that's always the fastest path. Message "re-render" on WhatsApp with what's wrong.

When we refund

• We couldn't deliver your order at all — full refund.
• After using your retry credits, the output still fails our stated geometry guarantee — full refund of that view.
• You paid but change your mind before we start rendering — full refund.

When we don't

• Taste-based dissatisfaction after successful delivery and exhausted retries ("I imagined it differently") — that's what the free first render is for: judge our quality before paying.
• Free renders — nothing was paid.

How

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Request via WhatsApp or hello@visulixx.com with your order reference.
