The entire workflow happens on WhatsApp. If you can send a photo, you can order a render. Here's every step, honestly explained.

Send your view

A JPG or PNG screenshot of your elevation — that's it. Label multiple views ("front", "corner", "aerial") if sending a set.

Pick a style + fidelity

Choose from the style library (or say "you choose"). Tell us: keep your exact materials, or should we style the finishes?

Approve draft → get final

Draft lands in seconds. Say OK — the 4K final arrives with your logo and title block already applied.

What files work? Exports or screenshots from SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Lumion, 3ds Max — or any software. Untextured clay models work beautifully. Even a clear photo of a hand-drawn elevation works for concept renders. What we need: the full building in frame, reasonably straight angle, readable openings. What we don't need: textures, lighting setup, high resolution, model files.

The two fidelity modes

Mode A

Exact materials

Your export already shows real finishes and colors. We render exactly those — the AI adds realism, lighting and environment only. Choose this when material decisions are final.

Mode B

We style the finishes

Your export is a plain/clay model. Geometry stays exact; our designers direct the AI on cladding, colors and textures that flatter your form. Choose this at concept stage.

The geometry guarantee, precisely

AI rendering tools are notorious for quietly "redesigning" your building — adding a window, stretching a floor, changing the roofline. Our pipeline runs a locked geometry-protection protocol on every render, and every output is checked against your original before delivery: same openings, same counts, same positions, same proportions, same roofline.

If a render ever slips through with altered geometry, it doesn't count against your re-render credits — flag it and a corrected version comes free. That's not a courtesy; it's the deal.

Revisions, two kinds

🎯 Cosmetic — "change the gate color"

A targeted edit changes only that element; the rest stays pixel-identical. Covered by your included re-renders. Delivered in seconds.

📐 Structural — "we extended the balcony"

Geometry changed, so send a fresh export of the updated model. We re-render in your same locked style — new order, same environment, still matches your other views.

Timeline honesty

Drafts: typically within 15–30 minutes during working hours. 4K finals: usually within 1–2 hours of your draft approval. Multi-view packs: same day. Complex revisions can take longer — if anything will exceed the estimate, we message you before you have to ask.
