How do credits work?
1 render = 10 credits. Packs and top-ups add credits to your balance; each render spends 10. A 4K upscale costs 5 credits on Free and Starter, and is free on Popular and above.
What does the free tier include?
Every org owner starts with 3 free renders, each with 2 free revisions — all styles and atmospheres unlocked. Free renders carry a small corner mark that disappears once you buy any pack.
What if a render fails or can't be verified?
You don't pay for it. Consistency Lock retries automatically for free, and if a render still can't be certified, or fails for any reason, its credits return to your balance on their own.
Do credits expire?
Packs and top-ups are valid for 12 months from purchase. Studio's 30 renders reset each month. Free and promo credits are used first, so the credits you paid for last longest.
Is there auto-renewal?
No. Every purchase is one-off — packs, top-ups and Studio monthly all renew only when you choose. Yearly bills once.
Can my team share credits?
Yes. Paid credits are pooled across everyone in your organisation. One email belongs to one organisation at a time. For teams of 5+, email hello@visulixx.com for quarterly GST invoicing.
