Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Visulixx (“we”, “us”) collects when you use visulixx.com and the Visulixx app at app.visulixx.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain English — if anything is unclear, email hello@visulixx.com.

What we collect

Account details — your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or email, plus your organisation and team membership.
Your files — the elevations, models and reference images you upload, and the renders, versions and exports Visulixx produces from them.
Project details you enter — project names, client names, locations, building types, notes, and your style favourites and presets.
Billing records — the packs and top-ups you buy, your credit balance and credit history, and invoice details. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your full card, UPI or bank details.
Messages — support tickets, chat messages and feedback you send us.
Basic technical data — information your browser sends (such as IP address and device type) and the sign-in cookies needed to keep you logged in.

How we use it

To produce your renders, check them against your source with Consistency Lock, and keep them organised in your projects.
To run your account and team, manage credits, process purchases and issue GST invoices.
To reply to support requests and send messages about your account, renders and purchases.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and understand overall usage so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data, and we never use your files, renders or project details in advertising. If you accept optional ad cookies, we measure which of our own ads bring visitors, sign-ups and purchases — see Cookies.

Your designs stay yours

Your uploads and renders belong to you, and we never show them to other customers. Renders made with paid credits are never used to promote Visulixx without your written permission. Renders made with free credits may appear in Visulixx marketing under the free-tier licence in our Terms of Service (clause 3.4) — never with your name, project, client, location or any other identifying detail, and we'll remove any you ask us to. We do not use your files to train AI models.

AI processing

Renders are generated and checked using third-party AI processing services. Your images and render settings are sent to these services only to produce and verify your renders. We use them under business terms that do not allow your content to be used to train their models.

Who else processes your data

We rely on a small number of service providers, each handling only what they need to do their job: cloud hosting, database and file storage, AI processing, payment processing (Razorpay), email delivery and — only if you accept optional ad cookies — ad measurement by Meta and Google. Some of these providers may process data outside India. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How we protect it

Your files are stored privately with access controls and are shown to you through expiring links; small preview thumbnails use long, unguessable links so pages load quickly. All traffic to Visulixx is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Your projects are visible to you and the members of your organisation — and to Visulixx staff only when needed to provide support or keep the service running.

How long we keep it

Your account data and files are kept while your account is active.
Deleting a project removes its files. You can delete your whole account yourself from your Profile, or email us and we'll do it within 30 days — your files, renders and account details are permanently removed.
Purchase and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in across visulixx.com and app.visulixx.com, and your browser may store small preferences (such as language). These are always on.

Optional ad-measurement cookies are used only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. They load the Meta Pixel and the Google Ads tag, which tell us whether a visit, sign-up or purchase came from one of our ads, and let us show our ads to people who have visited Visulixx. Meta and Google receive information such as the pages you visit, your browser and device details, and — when you sign up or buy — the event and the purchase amount. We do not send them your files, renders, project details or email address. If you click “Decline”, none of these tags load.

Your choice is stored for 180 days in a cookie named vx_consent. You can change it at any time: .

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your details in the app, download your renders at any time, and ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@visulixx.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

Visulixx is a professional tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and let account holders know by email or in the app.
