Terms of Service

These terms apply to everyone using visulixx.com and the Visulixx app at app.visulixx.com. They're written to be read — if anything is unclear, email hello@visulixx.com.

1 · Who this is between

By using Visulixx you agree to these terms with Visulixx, operated by Suneeth Sarella, Hyderabad, India. If you use Visulixx for a company or a client, you confirm you have the authority to accept these terms on their behalf.

2 · What Visulixx does

Visulixx turns architectural images you upload into photorealistic renders using AI, run on our infrastructure providers. You upload a source, choose a style and an atmosphere, and receive a rendered image. Consistency Lock checks each render against your source and retries or refunds renders it can't verify.

AI renders are visualisations, not construction documents. Some artistic interpretation of materials, planting and surroundings is part of the medium; our geometry promise covers the built form — walls, openings, floors, proportions and rooflines. We don't guarantee a particular artistic result, a match to a photograph, fitness for a specific purpose, or that a given AI model will stay available.

3 · Your work and ownership

3.1 · You own your source files

Everything you upload — elevations, model exports, reference photos — stays yours. You confirm you own each file or have permission from whoever does.

3.2 · You own your renders

You may use every render you generate commercially — client presentations, your website, social media, print. No attribution is required. Renders made with free credits carry a small “Made with Visulixx” corner mark; paid renders carry none.

3.3 · Paid renders stay yours alone

Renders made with paid credits (any pack, plan or top-up) or on an unlimited account are never used by Visulixx for marketing, galleries, case studies or any promotion without your written permission.

3.4 · Free-tier marketing licence

This is the trade for free renders. Renders made with free credits — the signup renders, promo credits, or any credit granted at no cost — come with a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence for Visulixx to use them on visulixx.com and our marketing pages, in social posts, reels and ads, in case studies, product screenshots and pitch decks, and in press and portfolio pieces.

We will never show your name, email, project title, client name, location or any other identifying detail alongside a free render — the image stands on its own. To have a render removed from a specific piece of marketing, email hello@visulixx.com with the link and we'll take it down within 7 days. Once you buy credits, renders you make after that are covered by clause 3.3; renders made earlier on free credits stay under this clause.

3.5 · Our styles

The Visulixx style library, its style descriptions and the prompt engineering behind them are Visulixx's intellectual property. Don't scrape them or try to extract them from generated images. Custom styles you create are yours.

4 · Accounts and teams

• You're responsible for activity on your account; keep your sign-in secure.
• One email belongs to one organisation at a time. Paid credits are pooled across everyone in the organisation; free credits belong to the organisation owner.
• Projects and renders are visible to the members of your organisation.

5 · Credits, plans and payments

• Credits are prepaid units spent on renders: one render is 10 credits. Each render includes 2 free revisions (re-render, style switch, tweak or atmosphere change); later revisions and extras such as 4K upscales are priced in the app before you confirm.
• Packs and top-ups are valid for 12 months from purchase. The Studio plan's monthly renders reset each month. Free credits don't expire, but may be removed in cases of abuse.
• Nothing renews automatically. Every purchase — packs, top-ups, Studio monthly, Yearly — is a one-off payment.
• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we issue a GST invoice for every purchase.
• We may change prices for future purchases; credits you've already bought keep their value.

6 · Refunds

Renders that fail or can't be verified are refunded to your credit balance automatically. Our full Refund Policy explains when money is returned to your payment method.

7 · Acceptable use

Don't use Visulixx to infringe anyone's copyright or trademarks, to identify real people, to create adult, violent or hateful imagery, or to get around our rate limits or credit system. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe break these rules, without refund.

8 · Your data

How we collect, use, store and delete your information is covered in our Privacy Policy. We don't train AI models on your uploads.

9 · Changes to the service

We improve Visulixx continually — styles, features and limits may change. Features marked “coming soon” aren't part of any plan until they launch.

10 · Liability

Visulixx is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid Visulixx in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or problems caused by changes to upstream AI models we don't control.

11 · Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, the date above changes. Material changes to how your data or renders are used will be shown in the app when you next sign in. Continuing to use Visulixx after that means you accept the updated terms.
